SURTITLING APP

PROMPT on the night of the performance

Once you have taken your seat in the auditorium, open the BURGTHEATER prompt app which will guide you through the following steps: 

• Download the BURGTHEATER PROMPT app from the Google Play Store - for Android - or the App Store - for iPhones. Your display size must be at least 4.8 inches. 
• If the download does not work, loan devices are available with the audience service
• When you are sitting in your seat on the evening of the performance, open the app.
• The app will guide you through the next steps: Set your phone to airplane mode and activate the Wi-Fi button. If your smartphone does not support automatic Wi-Fi connections, please manually select the LIBRBURG network in your settings. 
• Choose your preferred language for the surtitles.
• If there is still some time before the performance starts, you can also read information about the play directly in the app.
• Shortly before the show begins, the app will start a countdown. Now hold your phone sideways! 
• The surtitles will be displayed in white font on black background so as not to disturb the people around you.
